The easiest thing to do is probably goto your local scrapyard and buy two new doors...
Fit the doors completely, or extract all of the sliders, etc into your original doors.
No doubtit would be better over all to fit the complete doors, then the door card trim, etc would look right.. (ie, you wouldnt have a winder)
Not too tricky, but not a doddle either.

It would be easier to fit the saxo kit, rather than retro fit something off another car.
You can get universal kits, but not sure how easy that would be.
IMO, the easiest option would be to buy two 2nd hand doors, with glass, motors, door card, etc... or simply get the components you need from a scrapyard.
Anyone else any suggestions on this?

the two new doors would be best, we used to sell a universal kit and it looked shit and no doubt would be the biggest ball ache in the world to fit and get workign correctly
