is there a mk1 headlight smoking guide?

im still new to this site, and i fancy smoking my mk1 headlights

does anyone have a guide (prefareably with pictures) that i could use please?

just try some light smoking aeresol. Give the lights a keying up (light sanding) with some 1500 grit or 2000 so the aeresol grips otherwise it will evetually flake off and look worse than before.
