james unfortuanately the money wont start coming in untill after the morgage :P
I want to work for a few years, get good at my job. Buy a house which is in need of a few things doing. Do it up and then sell it and make a £10K profit. Buy a slightly bigger house, do it up and make more profit. Keep doing that untill i can afford to buy a 3 bedroom detatched house with a garage to live in. I would do buy to lets but around my area the houses are to expensive to make much money back, you need a big old deposit to make it worth it. Development will earn me more.
In the meantime i want to just have fun :)

youll make bigger profit than that my friend
If you can afford it, im talking very minor work, buying things that i know are cheap. Where i know i can make money etc. I will never pay any fee's except stamp duty and money for searches so will save there. Don't want major projects as ill be working at the same time.
