VTR Front Caliper Guide Bolts!!!!

Hey,

I've just spent 1 hour trying to find an allen key/impact driver bit that will fit into the bloody French caliper bolts so i can change my pads! still cant fond a bit that fits....can anyone help? VTR '99 standard brakes.

think it is a 7mm allan key mate on 80%on that though mat ehope this has helped

cheers pricey will try it, but i'm pretty sure i tried that size earlier...went through the whole set!!! one of them fits but is a tad slack so just slips when putting some effort in....its really annoying!

yeah im sure its 8mm as well,u sure u got the allen key in far anough, try tapping it in more wit a hammer, thenuse a hammer to hit the allen key to shock the allen bolt, shud cum out

a thought it was 7mm or 8mm somewhere around that size like should kno wonly changed the brakes on me vtr the other week before a sold it lol
