Ite Guys,
Just about the in-car power invertors. Just a couple of questions.....
Can you run multi plugs from them?
Does it drain your battery alot even with the engine on?

What are you using it for?
I know you can get a hardwired inverter for ps2 if that helps.:panic:

well for things like the ps2, laptop charger, phone charger etc. just for long journeys really just general household stuff??
any ideas anyone???

if u look at the amp rating on it. it will be low so no i personnely wouldnt try and run a multi plug from just one thing at a time. phone charger get a cigar lighter one so much easier.

there about 40 - 70 quid i think and its best to hard wire them in, just an earth and switched live :y:

hard wire means just to solder the wires together to the cars electrics instead of using the ciggarette light plug on the appliance or just use splice connector :y:

i use mine all the time and havent had any problems, after a hour just check your car still starts
