i bought silver capped mk2 mirrors to spray before going on my posi blue sax. and theyve worked fine.

rub down with smooth wet and dry paper first to break the top surface of the already painted surface (i used 1200 grade i think it was and to use it wet is best, if the surface your rubbing down is dry then the very fine wet and dry paper gets clogged easily)

get citroen posi blue spray paint from halfords and give what your painting 3-4 coats, make sure you get all the corners and sides.

leave half an hour in between coats. it will the touch dry in 20 or so mins but the longer you leave it the better.

less is more. dont be tempted to spray the paint heavily and too much at once, it will run and youl have to wait on it drying, rub it all down and start all over gain.

long sweeping strokes about 6 inches away from the surface of what your painting.

make sure its not too damp/cold if your outside or the finish will be crap and obviously look like a diy job. preferably spray them in a garage if u can. saves any dust/dirt in the air being blown onto the paint.

halfords lacquer, give it a coat or two. *really important you dont put too much on at once or bits will be cloudy* which means spraying another coat of paint then lacquer again.

Trust me ive been there lol. still tryin to get my spoiler right, ive had it 4 weeks now...
