natural fat burners such as chillies are always good, green tea, lemon juice and black pepper corns all fat fat reducing elements to them..

suppliments in terms of fat burn you have two options: etherdrine based or etherdrine free.

things like pure etherdrine and EPH can be very good is used properly but has only one or two electrons different to speed in its genetic makeup its pretty strong stuff, particularly taken with aspherine (thins blood) and cafine.

the natural etherdrine free ones such as xerdrine, xedra-cut are caffine, green tea and guarana and other natural substanced based...which you can consume in your natural diet...

or chembuturol, Tri-Trembolone (steriod based) or HGH (human growth hormon) will rip you to shreads! BUT DEF NOT RECCOMMENDED!

best things is, drop your carbs, sugars and fats down and eat every 3 hours is keep metabolic rate stimulated. eat clean but allow yourself a cheat day once every 10 days....

Andys is right the best ones are ephedra based/ephedrine when taken with asprin and caffine. but they can have sides such as judders.

Other than that the other arent as effectine and are built on a lot of hype. Also none will work if your diet and exercise routine isnt up to scratch, and dont forget sleep!
