For size mate, heavy weights low reps.

Try lifting your max weight on your last set mate for as many reps as you can do.

Then at the end of your workout 3 sets of press-ups TILL FAILLLLL!!!!!!!!!! lol

I do:

Incline Bench 3x8
Weighted dips, 3x8
Flat Bench DBs 3x8

I do

5 Sets @ 60%, 70%, 80% 90% 100% intensity on the bench

Incline press 3 sets of 80% 90% 100% intensity and then a final set seeing what the heaviest i can do is.

Decline Bench 5 sets @ 60%, 70%, 80% 90% 100% intensity

Decline & Incline barbel things, 3 sets 10 reps, then 8 then 6.

Also change your grip on the bench bar from normal to as wide as you can go every couple of weeks.... will provide extra growth. Make sure you rest and stretch sufficiently aswell or you'll put yourself out for a long time.

Been doin em like you said mate, did em monday 50 of the fookers after a session instead of dips. Moved them to the beginning of the workout.

Havn't done press-ups in a while. My job is scaffolding been doing it a couple of months but not much of a noticable difference i'm still skinny, but i can lift more than i could (Scaffolding gear ) than when i started... I could push 40 perhaps not sure about 50 will have to try some time but i doubt it :) The last time i tryed i got 35 and stoped.

Just do your normal chest workout then finish off on dips or push-ups clone. I could do fook all at xmas, but now ive built myself up to be the Rudmachine! lol. You'll be suprised at how rapid you progress!

50 in one round is impressive mate, think the most i got to when doing them for a bit was 30 ish. always good to do them slow and controlled tho

try when your up tense your chest, same as doing bicep curls when at top tense your biceps like as to show off, is a proper killer

i think id manage about 10 pressups if that now :P was the master of the widegrip pull up though

Absolutley rubbish at them mate. Cannot do 3 good sets of them for shit! Im trying to incorporate them more and more into my workouts now though. And build myself up like i have done with the dips and push-ups.
