106 gti exhaust fit a saxo vtr

ma mate just wrote off his 106 gti and hes got a stainless steel tail pipe and its minted. i was thinking about buying it, but im not sure if it will fit my mark 2 vtr?. also if it does fit how much would it be worth?
anyone have any idea`s if it fits or not? cheers:y:

Yes it will fit mate, but it will hang a bit lower as it sits below the bumper of a 106, and saxo's have a cutout in the bumper which raises the exhaust.

should fit but as said its all about how it hangs, new rubbers and some tie wraps and mayber a hammer should sort that out :y:

the bumper was cut a wee bit on the 106 and anyway is the bumper not smaller on the 106?. so it should fit in the hole?. its a single 3" exhaust to. any ideas what its worth?

what do you mean like? the age of the cars. 106 is a w reg and the saxo a y reg.
