im thinking of getting some as i hear good reviews about the product. only thing is it cost a fair few and you need to take it like 2-3 times a day which means it will soon run out.

is it worth the cash or should i stick to the protein powder?

if you dont take the gym that seriously youll be fine without it?
also you would take this on top of your protein powder so it would be an added extra rather than something to swap too

i used it through bulking phase, strongly recommend it at end of day its feul for your muscles...take first thing in morning and 30-60 minutes before training...

what are your goals?

basically i have 3 months off during my summer vacation to gain as much solid mass as poss, ideally 6lbs but any weight is a bonus. i hear glutamine is great for recovery so along with my diet i could add that into the equation.

it sounds like the wrong way about it, but i am only taking MRP's as a gainer as all the other products seem to got to my stomach as apposed to bulk.

PS: thanks again for the help as i seem to have gone past that brick wall and hitting more weight!

i used to have before bed aswell. for the summer you could give it a try. just one thing leads to another, then your mixing up and popping pills through out the day :P do you have vit min supp?

also i wouldnt worry to much about what weight you are etc, its what you look like that matters

yeah i am trying for the toned look, but need muscle to get toned first! a summer trial seems like a good idea so will make a purchase if i find a good deal.

would def reccommed ZMA and Tribulus Terrestris for natural test boosters, EFAs and amino acids along side a decent 'high glyecimic' Whey protein iscolate shake for after training and a low Glyecimic casine protein or whey concentrate for am and pm use..

work out your calories, get them from cleanest lowest G.I sources poss and put them in every 3 hours..

stick to compound exercises, get the main movements in Squat, Bench and Deadlifts in and varieties of those movements, stray away from fixed resistance machines and limit your calorie expenature from cardio as much as poss..

work at intensity, natural test levels drop after 45 minutes of lifting so 1 hour is long enough...work at 4-6 sets of 6-8 reps at tempo 2:2 and recovary of 60-90 seconds..

one major muscle group per day and one secondary mucle group per day (pref. apposing muscle group)..

any more info give me a shout..

thanks again mate.

along with other foods i am on a whey isolate shake after workouts and one during the evening. aminos and EFA's is on there too.

looks like the shop is gonna be happy to see me tomorrow! are the effects only temporary? ie: once off will the gains be lost aswell?

meh...

decided to try the H&B shit as its cheap to see how I get on.

Now adding, Lglutamine to the EPA, vit C I take with meals and some whey protein for in the car to drink after training..

see how it gets on, as ive allways been really good at recover and thus not needed suplimentation..

some protein shakes have extra l-glutamine in them i'm sure, i recently changed protien shakes to one than has amino acids and stuff in it and i have already seen an improvement and generally feel better.

it's the one bullitt has recommended above. i cant rate it enough tbh.

white rice is apparently good for muscle energy its more or less pure glucose.

end of the day i think it's best to trial and error with things not everyone reacts the same.

Ryan

im only using it as a small addative, due to the fact im not into building big mass, as i need to keep my power to weight ratio respectable in order to get round the whole lap efficiently as possible

bullit
