After Rudinator said it felt like he was on drugs whilst on this shizzle, ive decided to buy it for me. Tomorrow im going to buy it from Argos (40 fuckin quid). The reason ive chose this 4 week period to do it is because i have no other commitments. So i can hammer the gym most days and can give this the best chance of working. It says that Gains will be shown within 2-4 weeks. I will be doing Weights, (Machines), Cardio, and Also Free weight Exercises in the hoose at night. Havn't a clue what Flavour to get but Probarbly go for the Chocolate. Its going to taste like shit, but if it works i don't give a fook.

if youve not taken supplements before you will get nice gains to start with. how long you planning on using it?

A word of advice buy Hurrican XS from myprotein.com it is the same but works out cheaper. Its less than £9 per kg and you can buy as much as you want, so you can get 4KG worth for less than £40:y:

Ive had a shop around and got it for 32 quid with a Shaker. So not a bad Result.

Kev ive found that if you take it with full fat milk and make sure you mix it properly and have no powder in the bottom of it it tastes nicer than just a load chucked in the shaker with water.

Just had my First Shake,

Was expecting it to be stinkin but it was fine.

My Carton was half full though when i opened it, don't know if thats usual...

Yeah its not completly full to the brim mate. Normally about 3/4 of the way up. Ceased my dosage today mate, feel like hell. Skipping gym too feel that bad. Somethings definatly up with me!

Was nearly sick in gym about 20 times lol i pumped it to the max,

70kg-85kg on most machines, 10 reps x 3 sets
Benched 20kg, not bad for me as i have never benched before.

Kev fook the machines off mate! lol, there bad news brown baby. Stick to the free weights! And dont forget the essentials like dips, push ups and pull ups!

Gimme a pm if you want anymore advice on the excercises
