I didn't and mine passed. Many others haven't had to either and theirs went fine too.

nope mine passed with front and rear, although with the rear your meant to put reflectors on your rear bumper. Buit they ARE road legal

don't need reflectors on the rear bumper anyway as yours look to be the EC marked smoked jewels. They should have the reflectors built in.

Glad it passed ok mate, you won't worry so much next year i bet.

Even though their e-marked your still meant to have a reflector on the bumper, mine are e-marked and came with separate reflectors as the reflectors on smoked lights are black. Although i didn't put them on for my mot and nearly all garages don't check anyways.

Glad to hear you passed tho mate:y:

Glad you passed the MOT mate, however I have a little question to pose to all those who have smoked rears and neglect to put reflectors on the rear bumper.

If someone crashes into the back of your car whilst it's parked up at night, would you still think that reflectors spoil the look of the car?

Sorry for the hijack, but it'd be good to hear both sides.

tbh i think my number plate would be more reflective than the tiny rectangular reflectors that come supplied with the lights. I know what your saying though

As said ^^ the number plates are reflective and about 200 times the size of the reflectors provided with the lights. I spose you have a point but then again I never leave my car on the road at night, and if someone hits the rear of your car its their fault regardless.
