strut brace is being taken off thursday and getting the same treatment as the rocker did and in same colour

plus i picked up a brand new ecu and battery tray at the scrap yard today for £5 off a nearly new saxo(or looked that way under bonnet)

starting to tidy the engine bay up now before the inlet gets chucked in the bin for a new arrival ;):)

I still think it resembles a cow..

But your getting there lol, is it cammed yet?

nope should have been cammed on saturday just gone but the plans got fucked up on the supply end but ive just started to amass the parts for the bike carbs so im gonna get that sorted them fitted and running on the next 8 weeks and then get a higher lift cam than i would have been able to run on the standard inlet so should be running 125+bhp with carbs and over that to around 130+ with the cam in it

its a pain to do all this engine stuff during show/track season though as im trying to pay for the stuff to do car and afford going to shows etc

but it will get done just slower than it would over winter time thats all

also want a new front engine bay pannel too as mine is tatty as feck and bugs me each time i see it

meh!
i like the tidy look but i also like this look so i dunno what to do with it lol

tidy will just look like every other quiky in the country tbh :(

although once its bodied i may go tidy look as it will blend in more
complete with the quiky badges too ;)

yeah it is

also considering spraying that up in the colour i did the rocker cover if i ever get rid of the decals and go for the tidy look

If you sprayed it the same colour as you have done the rocker cover you wouldnt notice it as much? Depends if you wanted it noticed i guess :)

that why i said if i ever remove the decals and go for the standard tidy look

i wouldnt want it to stand out as much as it would be badged up again with the quiksilver decals on it to make it look standard but mildly modded to the eye

can upset/surprise more people that way lol

Hmmmm not 100% sure on the lights with the Slag Theme but I dont see it really matters.

Like I said on a plain car they might be more at home but with the livage it looks abit wierd.

Hope you get the bumper sorted soon :y:
