will insure u once ur cars lowered, mine dnt cover it if u lower so i need to look at other insurance companies! :y:

I'm with Elephant and they cover it. I'm going to be moving to Adrian Flux and they will also cover it.

Bear in mind that the company you're currently with may not cover you if you're below a certain age. I know when I was with Direct Line that they voided my policy as soon as I modified one of my Saxo's. This was because one of their clauses was that they will not cover modified cars if the policy holder is younger than 21.

Also something to note... if and when you change insurance companies, you're more than likely have to pay two months premium upfront as a deposit (unless you're paying for it all in one go). Also... if you've recently made a claim, they will not let you change companies until they get their money back.

im currently with screentrade, they said they wouldnt cover it no matter what age! so the task for today is to find a gd insurance company!

screen trade cover all modifications im with them and i havent had a probelm getting insured with my car, although i have yet to lower mine

i phoned em yesterday and they said they dnt cover any mods?! strange! anyway quinn direct will do it at no extra cost, 700 tpft which wrked out to be £250 cheaper than what i am payin now with screentrade!
