Never been really serious bout getting tonk lol, but i wanna start. ive been doing situps and pushups and dumbells for years but not seriously, like ill be all up for it for 2 months then laze of for a month or 2.
ive always had pretty good abs but never been able to really work on my lower abs, like ive got the top 4 lol all defined but next 2 below just wont come through, anyone tell me any excerises that can get them showin.
And is there anyone knows alot about workin out can help me with a good excerises routine for home, i might start at a gym soon aswell.

Right for your lower abs you really wanna be doing hanging leg raises or alternatively lying on your back and grasping a dumbell between your feet with your legs outstreched and together.

Then lift them up in a 90 degree arc off the floor and back down again. Thats one rep. Try doing 4 sets of 15 mate.

Also work out your obliques too to get that extra definition down your sides. A lot of people miss these out and they look awesome when they come through.

As for a workout routine in the gym have a look at my workout thread in this section for some ideas and adapt your own to suit that.
