Hi
I am new to this forum so Hi to you all.

I have a Black Saxo 1.1 and ever since i have had it the airbag warning light is on. I have checked the senors on the seat belt tensioners and looms and they all seem to be OK and make no difference. I have also checked the fault codes and there aren't any reported. So i have now removed the airbag control unit and the light has gone out but this is because it is disconnected probably. Do you think it is this unit that is causing the problem? Have any of you had any problems like this?

Any help would be very much apperciated.

J

it may just be the wires, do you hover the car much? as daft as it sounds, sometimes ramming the hover hose under there will cause it to come on, cos its moved the wire under the seat, sometimes you can just wiggle about with them and the light will go off

I have disconnected them and reconnected them and it is still on.
