Right ive found a little trick with new saxo drivers ....
When i did a few quotes i noticed that if i insured my car as a prov usual £400 - £500 smackers would be knocked off my quote so thought what the hell id try it .... insured my car the day before my test (like 5 hours before) passed first time told my insurance my premium didnt budge ....

Im payin 1000 third party with all legal cover and all that ... only woulda cost me another 200£ smackers to fully comp it which i wish id of done now but didnt have the ££ at the time so what the hell whats done is done .... try it see what happens .... :y:

Yeah that should be possible, just ring your insurance company and ask them for a quote to upgrade to fully comp and they'll tell you the extra you'll need to pay, if it seems ok tell them to go ahead with it.

Tell me about it, I passed my test and first thing I did when I got home was go out in my car. I got a phonecall from my Dad 30 minutes later asking where I was and to get home quick but safely. When I got home and asked why he burst out laughing calling me a dosey b*tch cos I had no idea. Good job he'd been on the phone to the insurance company while I was still out!

Are you just meant to know that? Coz nowhere on documents does it mention anything of the sort.
