Hey posted something on here before about this.

Before i had the discs and pads replaced (mintex) I got a vibration through the peddle and at very low speeds whilst hardly pushing on the brake pedal at all just very little, i got a grinding sort of noise every rotation, had the discs and pads replaced and all noises stopped for about a week.

Hadnt been driving hard at all or breaking hard at all, only sometimes when needed on the road anyway. Now i still dont get any vibration through the pedal at all but i just get the sort of grind noise when pushing very little on the brakes and at very slow speeds like under 10mph for example.

What could the problem be? If any at all i may just be being picky? Could it be just the discs or pads bedding down? If not what should i do?

Many thanks

you could be warping the discs mate, get wheels balanced and tracking done check for worn bush's and wheel bearings, could even be the hubs that are fooked

yeh will do mate! is it likely to be that? Surely not likely to be the hub?

well some people have siad its the hub that actually warping the discs, just give it a good check over

is there a way to tell if the hub is knackered and warping your discs? Just had the front right wheel bearing done anyway so shouldnt be that i doubt...

Shit.
This is exactly what my motor has just started doing. What year and model? Mine was mis-diagnosed as a wheel bearing, had that done (at great expense), then the brakes started squeeking, had the pads replaced, ok for about a week, then a nasty grinding noise at low speed with each rev of wheel and vibration through pedal and steering wheel at speed!!!!!! I convinced meself it was the discs warped - Been informed it may be the hub on the way out and looking at a main-dealer repair... £800+ HELP!!!!!
