Why would someone rep you for following my guide :p pfff... lol
Did you glue-gun it or did you read my edit and use epoxy resin? I am currently in the process of making another one for my car, but this time im not taking the backing off, as it will make the grill sit more flush with the car, and even with epoxy resin it still needs regluing every 6 months or so :( plus im a perfectionist and i reckon i can spray my grill better than i did my old one...
Saxo17s my guide is here: http://www.saxperience.com/forum/showthread.php?t=67162
If you follow my guide i would do exactly the same as that, but dont take the backing off the grill... cut the slats out, spray, and then glue the meshing to the back of that... but i will update the guide if the one im making works ;)
