quinn may be cheap but dont ever have an accident with them i put a claim in 10 months ago and decided to find out why they hadnt been in touch the bloke dealing with my claim left and took the paperwork with him and then the claim manager left so they just forgot about my claim and let the other person involved win and then forgot to tell me about all this!!!
no i have been chasing them up and they are going to look in to it finally but i fought they would actually be inteseted in keeping there money they payed out nearly 2 grand to fix my car if nothing gets sorted i lose 2 years ncb :(
rant over lol

im with quinn direct and i had an accident with them i found they were very quick, and professional but did nee prompting i got intouch everyday as tehy did seem to need reminding of my claim, but i did recieve a free hire car and a good payout from teh 3rd party which they arranged! so yes they arent teh best but can be utilised if your prepared to put in some effort on your own behalf, makes ypou wonder what you pay for but i find them acceptable
o and my insurance at 18 with 1yr NCB is only £780 on a mk2 VTR! so i cant complain!

I'm with them and thought they were fine until the other day when they said they were gonna charge me not far off £600 for not having the NCB I had. I rang them up as I was with them the year before and they said they had no record of me being with them and was I sure it was them I was with! grrr
Won't touch Quinn with a badge pole.
Like I said on another thread, they paid my mate out £1,100 on a Furio (51 Reg).

Im glad i left them really.
Normally charge you £40 to cancel your policy aswell .... i refused lol
don'ty even try to explain to them about mods they don't have a clue what your talking about.
Im guessing a quote that cheap is TPFT Or third party only as a MK2 VTR for me last year with quinn , 20 with 2 years ncb was £1034......
Im now with Admiral, £690 fully comp.... thats almost half what quinn wanted. They arn't that great atall

Admiral / Bell is much cheaper than Quinn..............
Especially if you add your parents on as second drivers
Mine halved. Don't be fooled by moneysupermarket or confused either and bell / admiral quotes as they were totally wrong
