ive recently bought some lights off ebay, anyway the ebay company sent me an email saying they would be sent via city link couriers and they left a tracking number. so ive been onto the city link website and it says enter the 'city link job no' so ive entered my tracking number and its come up with my postcode and says goods have been successfully delivered but i aint recieved my goods. theres also something at the bottom which says POD SIGNATURE whats that as its been signed? im confused.

ring them up and ask who signed for it. It may have been a neighbour but you need to question who actually signed for it.

point of delivery sig so you can see the name of the person that signed for your parcel it has to be printed so you can get a surname check with the neighbour a fav with couriors "if you dont answer 3 seconds after ive rang the bell its going next door" lol

nah, it just says your goods have been delivered successfully, it shows my post code, its shows scheduled delivery date of 22/05/2007, it shows POD date of 22/05/2007 and it has a POD signature!!! ive looked in the phonebook and there is no one on my road that has that signature.
