random thing sometimes happens when im pulling away...it doesnt happen ofter but sometimes when i pull out of my road and turn left the 1st gear seems to lose all power and i have to put my foot down to get any power back to the engine. its really weird. any ideas???

does it on mine to - its a real pain when someone is behind you (only lasts for about 5 seconds though). i would like to know what the problem is also.

i thought it was a problem with the coilpack but havent replaced mine

The clutch could be slipping, if not u'l need to get it looked at!

If the clutch was slipping it would rev and not go anywhere..

Sounds like, by the way you described, that it bogs down.. am i right? If its bogging down, could be quite a few things tbh..Get the ECU plugged in and see if any fault codes come up..

yeh i agree sounds like a ECU or ignition fault get it on a diagnostics machine!

could be the issue. it just seems to lose power, only seems to be 1st gear thou
