does anyone else suffer from bad nerves as i do and i find my self worrying about pointless things, and my hands shake terrible, ive tryed kalms herbal tablets and nothing works and the stuff my gp has given me does nothing, anyone else suffer from bad nerves?

strange one mate. a lad i used to know hands shook all the time and i think he eventally sorted it. sorry i cant help

people allways think about a little situation making them nervous, understanding a larger situation helps, ive spoken to sports psychologists about it and its usually the esculation that the person percieves the situation to be that will cause a high level of over arousal (nervousness)

will try and keep that in the back of my mind next time i start to panic out, its only my hands that shake not anywhere else, just wondered if anyone else is the same
