Hi guys,
Any ideas how I would get this out? It's stuck in like the "rails" so the seat now does not move backwards or forwards (only leans forwards etc if you know what I mean).
Very annoying!
Would it be a difficult job?
Cheers!

Haha, no not that desperate for a pound, just worried it will fail its MOT or something (after reading about it) because the whole seat won't move forwards or backwards... its just stuck there (if you know what I mean!).
As for taking the seats out... difficult job?
Cheers!

Yeah cheers for the link to the magnet mate, will have a look at that. Only problem I'm thinking is would it be strong enough as that £1 is jammed hard LOL.

Haha I had this problem when I fit my gti interior, 20 friggen pence stuck in the rollers.
Lift the bar at the front up so the seat can move freely, and get someone to bash the seat forward from behind.
Worked for me anyways.

If you cant get it out just take the seat out, very easy to do only four bolts :)

Even then it's still attatched to the rollers though, isn't it?

If the screwdriver still doesnt budge it try lubricating it up (no dodgy jokes needed) a bit could do the trick.. I'm gunna be careful with my pound coins from now on as I'm forever moving my seat thanks for the warning :A:
