knocking noise

i have a knocking noise on my vts you can normally hear it after i make a gear change more than anything

could be an engine mount? dose it knock when pulling off?

I had this and it turned out to be a sealing ring on my exhaust!

i had it to and mine was my center exhaust mount hitting bottom of my car. :(

i would say an engine mount mate. cause it sounds similar to what happened to my 306

If its a repeating knock, A rotating knock, prob drive shaft

don`t know mate. mines just needed tightened up and it was sound:y:
