Fuel hose connections at Injectors

Hi Guys,

Been doing some work on my engine and now not sure which pipe on the fuel rail is in and which is out!!!

Any ideas? Heres a pic of the fuel rail (97 VTR)

well looks to me one pipe is going to be bigger than the other

had a look at the hayens but is isnt giving much away

just had a look at my engine. not sure which ones in/out. but when you look at the bulkhead. the pipe on the top goes to the top hole, and lower pipe on the bulkhead goes to the lower hole!
