Chequered floor mats??

has anyone done this to there saxo yet as i have brought and fitted some footwell neons and want show them off wit sum chequered fllor mats. have heard about using sum plastic, alumium style stuff that apparently give a better finish than the real thing. where can you get this from? and im guessing that the hardboard can be brought from b&q or homebase?

I've got a pair of Chequer Plate Floor mats for sale!

These cost me £52, am willing to sell for around the £20 mark ono!!

I had blue LED's under my dash and they showed up brilliantly on the mats!

I do the rubber chequer plate which wears better than the real alloy matts and is much cheaper.

Those matts you have posted above i had in my car for 3 years, they were fanastic but did start to mark really badly after about 2 years and even with industrial metal cleaner i couldnt get the finish back.

i gotta admit gareth, those mats are pretty dam smart! im guessing the silver ones are quite reflective as i have brought and installed some purple footwell neons thats i wanna show off!

and can they be ordered for specific cars or are they universal?

They are actually universal. But the size i think is about small enough but not to small to fit most cars with a small amount of room.... if that makes sense..

You also get 4 in the pack, some for the back as well

jamie, why not wire up your neons to the cig lighter wires at the back. they're easy to tap in to and all you do is cut into them using a block and take the fuse from the cig attachmetn on the neon and put an inline fuse holder in. if you wait till nov i'll show you mine or, i'll try and email or pm you mor info if you so wish

Yesterday i had a Supra with full Veilside kit on 19's infront of me at the traffic lights (3lane roundabout)... he looked at me in his rear view and smiled, then when the lights went Green he floored it and did one of the biggest wheelspins I have ever seen... it was sooo loud and the back end was fishtailing like a Mother Fucker! QUALITY!!!!
