i think they look tacky tbh, as pred says just spray them or buy some chrome ones but remember that you will have holes left when you take the original ones out so you will need to space the letters so that they cover the holes

dont think there much point in making a new thread, does anyone know if u can get ahold of the citreon badge/ sign that goes on the front of your car but a smaller than standard version? iv seen a couple of people with em, wanting to put it on my front meshed grill.

Mine was a 'Citroen' badge off the Phase1 Picasso (which has just been phased out for a new one) with a Halfords Sport badge underneath to look like a Renault Sport badge then to cover the Saxo hole I got a Current 'C2 VTS' wing badge
Im not overally keen on the VTS but I do like the Citroen Sport badge, not to everybodies cipa tea but hey who cares ;)

yea most other citroens have the chrome effect badges so you could get one. But for saxo u could try ebay or just spray it yourself.

Your never get chrome spray to look right, your best bet is either:
Wet'n'dry standard ones so they go Black
Buy later Citroen items (Your need to remove factory items them fill the holes touch up paint then put badges over the top)
Colour code badges to car bodywork colour
or leave the badges alone

Have a word with a main dealer as they sometime keep older badges as when I got my 'Citroen' and 'VTS' badges the old boy behind the counter pulled a box out and he even had a few black backed badges like the ones found on BX's and AX's.
You never know

As said... I had mine sprayed with the Halfrauds chrome spray paint. They looked ok but when I put them on the car, they looked shite, tacky and chavy so I took them straight off. I looked on Ebay and all other places to see if I could get them in the same finish as the 16v badges but was un-successful.
I spoke to some work colleagues about it (as they dealt with metallic paint finishes, etc...) and they said the only way to get it like that would be to have it dipped in silver. It's some kind of chemical reaction that would finish it like that 16v badges. In the end, I just had mine colour coded (i.e. black). Looks ten times better in my opinion.

You could always find a chromer and get them to dip them, would only cost a couple of quid.
Google is your friend.

A couple of quid for doing something they don't need to? I think it might be a "little" more than that ;)
