Not sure what to expect

Will i be rolling around in pain or feeling relieved and feel like theres less strain on my knee

My aunty is a physio.......depends what they do......Acupuncture is the daddy lol

im guessing they will just bend my knee abit and then give me some exercises to do at home means its my first session
