Is it true that..
the more muscle you gain, then the more body fat you will lose even when sleeping?
And does eating 6 small healthy meals a day really improve metabolism?

Not really.Although it would make sense as if you are working out to build muscle then you will be burning off calories,however usually to build muscle you have to increase calorie uptake so the opposite occurs and fat can be gained.

Yes if done regularly as the body doesnt feel the need to store fat as it knows that another meal is not far off.Its more complex than that but basically yes.

it is true, having more muscle for some reason generates more heat or something even when resting so you burn more calories. still no excuse to be slack though.
yea, your muscles will however suffer most if you have a low body fat %....
Have a pint of milk before bed if your skinny and have done an intensive workout.

Im not skinny, and im not fat
Im kind of in between
Im trying to tone up for the summer really
Just wandering really i use free weights every ady and do a bit of running and footie every day or ride my bike on track
So whats best thing for me to do when I rest
Should I just stick at my free weights and hope that tones me up
im seeing big results in my shoulders and biceps and triceps
Im getting a weight bench at end of the month to do my chest excersises so hopefully that will help

Not the strongest blokes are slim though guys..... You dont see many guys with 30" waists in the worlds strongest man competitions do you!
