Hi guys

I've been going to the gym again for about 2months now, anything between 1-4 times a week depending on when i can fit it in.

I'm now finding that the joints in my feet and legs sometimes feel stiff/sore the next day. Now, this doesn't happen everytime i go (guessing its the treadmill) and isn't always the same joint.

Is there any supplement i could take to try & take the strain off the joints from using the treadmill? I was thinking cod liver but wasn't sure if there was something better?
