Hi was wondering if anyone could tell me the brief basics of lowering my saxo vtr. I have been told that the springs are self lowering is this true?

new aftermarket springs on the front to lower the front and torsion bar at the rear adjusted to how low you wish.

if you lower the rear your self try not to make one side higher than the other they dont like it much :)
