How easy are they to change and is there a guide as i have a constant knocking when turning and think that this may be why as it only happens when i am turning. Is It just unbolting the anti roll bar on the wish bone and then what would i do? Cheers guys

the arb knocking tends to be worn drop links more than anything.

uprated bushes are a good idea though.

powerflex do them.

if its only when you are turning it might be worn cv joints, try going on a empty car park and going rund in circles both ways if it knocks when doing that it stands a good chance of being them. if it happens when you pull away also, it could be bottom ball joints as mine were knocking and ive changed tem now and its fine.

May be your suspension, i thoughtit may be mine but i dont think it is now. Try tightening the bolts for the suspension under the bonnet. Anyone got a guide on changing the Bushes??
