it unlocks but doesnt lock it, i have been quoted £47 for a new fob and then £40 for programming it, does anybody know of a cheaper place to get this done. or if there is any need to buy a new fob.

You can sometimes get the fobs cheper on ebay, but reprogramming needs to be done by Citreon, so £40 sounds about right mate

you can re programme the fobs yourself, i can't remember the sequence but i think you put the ignition on in second position, then off and lock the doors with the key then press the lock button or something... do a goole search :)

Only works on a select few.
My Fob was £46 from Citroen and £23 for programming.
Unfortunately i needed my transponder code too, which was £18.
Pain in the arse, so expensive for 2 mins work!
