cost to drop torsion bar??

hi. i am lowerring the front myself but i aint risking the torsion bar. does anyone have a rough idea of the price it costs to drop the torsin bar 40mil?

I got my car lowered a few weeks ago...

£60 + VAT to fit springs to the front...
£60 + VAT to adjust the torsion bar to match...
And free to modify the power assisted steering pipe so it doesn't rub..

I mate of mine does the whole car for 90,does the rear on tis own for £50
