Hay guys iv been reading this section trying to find out a way of gaining some waight 'the suppluments guide help':y: there is no point me starting back at a gym as i think i need to put the waight on first. I do eat quite abit but i dont seem to gain. Im looking to gain some more upper body strength (Arms, Back, Chest and Abs)

Any help will be grately apprieciated<-----not sure if that right:p

the only way to gain muscular size is to eat more quality meals while weight training or else it will just be fat as you wont be using the extra calories for anything.

if you want to get some decent ground work going then i can recommend push-ups and dips on a chair to start off with. i do that on my off-days and i love the pump i get afterwards.

best idea mate is to continue at the gym, obviously stay clear of the fat burning and cardio exercises, but work on your weights, and stay on a very high carb and high protein diet, unfortunatly for me putting weight on never used to be hard lmao, but i find if i want to reach a certain weight now i increase the carb and protein intake, but never use supplements

Yeah as above matey, try and eat 3-4 good quality meals with shakes and protein bars throughout the day. Also if you want to be big, id suggest lifting the maximum weight you can lift.

Personally its not something that appeals to me. I always like being ripped up, but its something i have got into recently power lifting weights to try and gain a few more pounds.

Also be sensible with your eating times. You cant get it all down in one go! :y:

hey mate,eat 3-4 meals a day and if i was you hit the gym,ive been eating alot more the last 2 weeks and my weight has gone up alot
