Should be fine i believe.
Might sit funny because of the bumper though, you don't have a tailpipe cutout in the bumper do you?

Yep straight fit. Just have to adjust the bumper if you aint got a VT* bumper.

Just buy a 1.1 backbox? Its so much less effort.

Yeah hey do fit, but you cant use the standard clamp youll need a bigger one, and although it will fit theyre not made for eachother so you may getthe centre section knocking against the heat sheild under the car

There are plenty of companies like Sportex or Peco that make large tailpiped back boxes for small cc engined saxos. It wouls simply be easier to buy one of them wouldnt it?

Unless your going for a aftermarket VTR/S back box which is second hand and worth making fit, it would be simply easier to buy direct fit.

Check out www.performancecentre.co.uk for Peco exhausts and www.tuning.co.uk/vauxshop for Sportex exhaust, you should be able to pick up a Sportex back box under £100 and a Peco just over £100 or check out eBay and search with 'Saxo 1.1 exhaust' and see what turns up
