i was wondering how hard it would be to have the interior light put on a timer like more modern cars are, my dads zafira's interior light stay on about 10 seconds after leaving the car, how could i do this?

Might do the trick if its a solitary relay which it looks like with only 2 wires to splice in but you might be better off with something along the lines of this http://store.qkits.com/moreinfo.cfm/K3500

Not hard to do, you only need to use a time delay switch.
