What you doing now like scooba steve?
I tense up when women walk past......
naa
I usually go on the bench start on 30kgs and work up until my eyes start to give and come loose, usually end up stopping on 50kgs. Then the same weight but on the incline bench but i can't go much higher on the incline, 40kgs is my limit.
Then dumbell press & decline dumbell press.
Chest press on the sitting up thingy machine

Thats too many presses dooberry therkin! Stick to 3 presses in my opinion and finish with dips supersetted with pushups. But alternate from lifting dumbells to bar bells, id say every 3 weeks-ish. Plus if you lift heavy enough on them 3 excercises you should be fooked by the time to burn out on the cables or flys etc.
What I did last night though was trained triceps and chest in supersets for a session.
Did flat dumbell press to close grip bench press.
Incline press to overhead tricep press on incline (ftw, turn it up reggie i wanna burn).
Then low cable flys to single dumbell over head press
With dips and press-ups for 3 till fail (10,8,7)
Ask me tonight anyways ;)

id start on fly or pec deck. then couple of press exercises and finish on fly or peckdesc. depends where your chest is lacking
id never start on off pec dec as you really need to be warmed up in the chest for it or it stretchs you too much x

when start a new exercise i always did a warm up set around half or less weight.
leo you big gay x
right when doing bench press your using your chest, tris and delts. now when benching your tris and delts will fail before your chest so by doing flys before hand and tiring the chest so when you come to bench pressing the body parts will fail at the same time thus chest getting hit more :P

Id take a run up.....
Im gonna put a few of the suggested into my routine to mix it up a bit. rep dished

this is correct, hitting the main projected muscle in isolation movements before a compound exercise makes it more effective.
i.e light dumbell flyes before bench press
nothing to do with arnie, just true lol
