exhaust rattles

my exhaust on my 200 vtr recently started 2 rattle and was blowing from the clamp on the centre section and backbox yesterday i removed all the exhaust up 2 the manifold and gave it a good going over with a wire brush 2 clean it up replaced both clamps for new ones and also sealed the joints with a bit of exhaust seal but now its all back on the car its still rattleing but as solved it blowing checked all the usual signs like if it touching the heat sheild and everythings fine so why is the exhaust still rattleing.

could be a split rubber as they are hard to spot sometimes when split. also could be the gearbox mount missing? it could actually be the heatshield rattling aswell

It could also be the baffles in your center section, when mine went they made a funny rattle... only at certain revs though, it sounded like something vibrating.

mines is exactly the same just now started blowing and rattling, am just buyin a new centre section

i thought i had this trouble with my car turned out to be the linkage arm from the gear box rubbing on the heat shielh may be worth a look !!

i also have a loud rattle. and not sure wat is let me know how u get on mate. cheers

just has the car in bits it seems the baffles have gone in the centre section so im goin for the full magnex system tomorrow.
