I had a huge problem when i purchased my brakes.
I originally brought a mintex brake box for a 1.4 furio however they were the wrong pads.
Went to halfords and asked them for VTR brake pads and they were the right ones, so i basically have the vtr calipers on my furio for some reason.
The ones in the second link you have posted have the cable for the ABS sensor which you dont need.
I have got the code for ferodo's if you need it...

yes i don't see any reason why they wouldn't fit tbh! their the same size as the standard 247mm discs!

Richo if u could get that code it'd b a great help. I think i'll go ahead with the discs, the measurement seem the same and both vented so i hope they'd b the same. Can i jus cut the abs sensor cable off the pad??
Thanks again guys! :y:

Yeah they'll both fit. Most 1.4 Saxos have the solid 247mm discs with the Bendix calipers, but most Westys and all Furios have the 247mm vented type with ATE calipers like VTR's and VTS'.
Westys (except one out of every 20 or so) and Furios have a VT* setup on the front, its only the back which has the narrower drum beam. All flat arched 1.4's have the basic setup. Thats why you often end up with the wrong pads for a Furio.....the parts guy looks up a 1.4 and gives you the basic ones, when in fact you have VTR/VTS brakes (except without ABS like VTS')

that would explain y i recieved a set of very small square pads a while back lol.. Most of the stuff on the furio's r from the VT models ain't they? Most of the stuffi have bought inc the air filter (thats for sale) was for a VTR...
Darn Citroen, cant they make anything easy? LOL

Seconded. Been there with wrong stuff myself.
Mine are vented on the front too, so does that mean anything for the VTR's and S's will fit the front brakes of my car (ie discs and pads)...
