am i right in thinking that there must have been some holes in my laquer so moistures got in underneath?!?!?!

What can i do?!!?! will it dry out, and how can i stop it from happening in the future?

It will dry but I wouldn't expect the bubbles to disappear. You will probably have to have the lacquer removed and re-done. No idea about the paint underneath though

Rub it down and leave it inside to dry out for a day or two, then respray it. Make sure you laquer it up properly and polish & wax it to give it extra protection so the buyer doesnt come back the next time it rains!

Take it off the car. Lucky its the spoiler as thats the easiest thing to spray!!!!!
