a see a think it may be the linkage because its only in second gear that it fucks up. Does anyone know how much it may cost for a new gearbox? please

Doubt its the linkages as I had mine replaced and I still had gear box issues. Probably the syncro's as they tend to go in the early gears. Its either £300ish for a recon or £120+ for a 2nd hand one (look for a low mileage one). Fitting I'm paying £100 for mine.
