Odometer/Clock issue !!

I bought a vtr just last week and never i'm pretty sure the odometer/clock display shouldn't be giving a reading when the car is off, key out, and locked..

Noticed it today and im pretty sure its normally meant to be off. any ideas?

no mate it stays on all the time wether your in the car or no,locked or unlocked.

stays on all the time unless one of the fuses blow then it will go off

Yep, they still on all the time whether car is locked or unlocked.
