Wheel balancing

Could not having the wheels balanced at the front for a few months cause the discs to warp? Especially if they have been driven hard a few times?

Just i only had this brake problem since i swapped the fronts to the backs and backs to obviously the front. When i got them balanced they said that they were waaaaaaay off balance, they are done now though and i still have the vibration through my pedal when breaking at about 60-70mph. Possibly the damage is already done and they need replacing again?

it could be just the discs warped. also the alloys might have a buckle in so they may cause a wobble due to being at the front
