lowering springs

i ordered 35mm lowering springs for a saxo vtr from a shop. i picked up the springs today, got home looked at them and realised they were for 1.0 1.1 1.4 and diesel models 96> and they lower 45mm. will these fit on a 1.6 vtr 2002.

the part numbers may be the same. Have you got the details of what you bought? What do the shop say - they may have just made a mistake....

i wasnt going to ring the shop if someone said it was alright to put them in. I didnt realise they were the wrong springs until i got home. I was there when he ordered them and he said 35mm for a saxo vtr 1.6
