new sub and amp

i just brought a new sub and amp, had it fitted by specialists but it is playing up. the sub keeps cutting out when the box that its in moves. does any one know what it could be or should i just take it back to the place that installed it?

yea sounds like a loose connection, might as well take it back as its there fault!
