At the moment my saxo is lowered 40mm in the front 50mm in the back, but it still looks too high. i've just bought standerd vtr wheels so i want to lower it around 80mm on these wheels. I know i'll probably have to change the rear shocks but can i put a 70/80mm spring on the original front struts or will i have to buy any different ones? cheers

If your going to go that low its advisable to put new springs & dampers on or you'll start wearing suspension components away very fast. Personally i wouldn't go that low. Mines 40mm all round and looks just right, plus handling is very good.

at the moment its on 15's with 45 profile tyres and i duno y but it looks high. the handling is awesum thou fair play. When i put the vtr alloys on it might look a bit lower because their 14's and if thats the case i might leave at the hight it is now. what you rekon?

that has crossed my mind. lol. one of my friends got his vts 80mm all round and it looks mint but he does have trouble with speed bumps etc. i'm starting to think wether it's going to be worth getting coil-overs and if it's too low i can bring it back up a bit. probably go for 60mm front and 70mm back depending on what the vtr alloys look like on the car as it is.
