Recently got a quote from bell for a vts for £1123 with £1000 excess or £1330 with £500 excess, this is for 19year old 2 years driving experience No NCB (went 50/50 not my fault!) and in a DL8 postcode (Low risk).
I was absolutely elated with that!, so vts is next on the shopping list!
p.s got this through www.moneysupermarket.com (v good ;) best of all comparison sites.

Im EH12 which is a pretty average postcode even though the streets around mine are all private and deadends so its like alittle sanctuary ;)
