Basically been on the maximuscle for 3 months now and going to the gym on a regular basis..

I bought:

Progain Extreme powder
Promax Extreme powder
Createmax Extreme powder..

Progain is designed specifically to put muscle and size onto your body.. providing that you eat the correct intake of foods..

Promax is full of protein and carbs and gives tone and shape after the progain has taken effect..

Creatine is a substance which makes your energy levels higher.. therefore giving you a more intense workout, so you can train longer and harder!

I must say it does work..
In three months i have put on just over a stone, and my muscle size and core tone has increased drastically.. although if I hadnt followed the strictest of diets, i wouldnt of had no where near the same results..

I would recommend to anyone.. it is definately worth buying..

i used to take this weight gain stuff years ago but every time i had a shake it made me what to throw up. does anyone else suffer from this?

im 19 and take nothing bar the odd loading phase on creatine,
dont train regularly but when i train in train hard and when was in high school i was fatish, ill post a few pics up sooon of last year when was training for a while

find ur ten that u can lift and build from that,

workin on it mate, the pics were taken sum wat 3 months ago, since then had a broken ankle though so not been upto much but seems as if my chest just bulges out rather than defining pecs, need to find a good excersise for lower pecs, any ideas ?

do flat and decline mate,that will do the lower-mid chest..incline will do the upper chest

flat bench would really do your upper chest mate,it does the overhaul chest,get mate get a decline bench,that will get ur lower chest growing

I tell you what, I've taken pics to keep my own progress up to date, and it works and i can see the gains. Now i'm working on caining my abs.

to shape the lower pec you want to be doing decline flies or cable crossovers hands low.

If you want to build it then decline bench.

For buliding the muscle you want to be pyramid training going down to 8 reps

as arnie said '8 to be great'

work at 70-85% of your 1rpm

some laugh, sitting here lukin at the pics i can understand where u think poserish but i promise theyre for my own use, taking a few pics once or twice every few weeks is good cos u can see the improvements and seeing the improvements makes u want to train harder,

if you work your arms on one night put you triceps before your biceps so you have more energy for them. also its the triceps that makes the size of your arm as 3 musles compared to 1. so something like

3x8 lying tricep extension
3x8 lying dumbell extension, like a kink back but lying. bring it accross your face though will work outer tricep
3x8 cable pushdowns with rope
3x dips ill failier

3x8 biceps curls
3x8 hammer curls, both arms moving at the same time alternate. work forearms before going onto forarms
3x8 wrist curls

i would put another buliding exercise like close grip bench in with the triceps.

also i find EZ bar french presses is good for shaping and building triceps.

biceps - i would put the hammer curls first as its an isolation exercise then put your compound exercise such as curls (barbell, EZ bar etc)

with wrists - the hammer curls will work the muscle near the elbow (brachioradialis) then wrist curls to do the inside of your forearm and reverse grip curls for the outside.

if you were doing a full body routine, put biceps before triceps.

was gonna put french press aswell or instead of something but exercises can be swopped around anyway so not a problem

Where can you get it and how much?

I work for JJb sports and we supply it there..

I got mine from the Maximuscle website..
Because my Jjb store doesnt supply the extreme powders..

Ill break it down for you:

8:00am
Shredded wheat bitesize with skimmed milk (red top)
A banana
Promax shake

10:00am
ProgainExtreme shake

1:00pm
Tuna and lettuce sanwiche in wholemeal bread..
(Or in a pitta bread)
Promax Shake after..

3:00pm
Progain Extreme Shake

6:00pm
Steak or pork chops with mixed vegetables..
Strawberries or yogurt for dessert
Promax shake

8:00pm
ProgainExtreme shake before bed..
(you could drink a glass of milk before the progain to make sure it sits in your stomach longer during the night.. giving you the best effect..

Thats whats i based my diet on anyways :D
